The Art of Cut Paper


Oh what wonders can be created with scissors and paper (or, in this case cardboard with a honeycomb structure) that is held together with thin thread.




My understanding is that Ferry Staverman started working in this art form with paper and then moved to cardstock and now uses beeboard.  To see more of this wonderful work, visit Ferry Steverman’s web site.

    Aren’t they amazing pieces of art? I wonder if something similar could be created using thin sheets of polymer clay as the base. Such inspiration. I’m glad you enjoyed it.
